Welcome to the online registration system for the Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga.
The Racing & Gaming Conference at Saratoga is an intensive, premier forum for industry decision-makers, stakeholders, and racing and gaming patrons to analyze trends in all sectors – both in New York and nationally – as well as to discuss critical issues and to share ideas. The RGCS again will be held at the beautiful Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs, NY.
The registration fees for this conference are as follows:
$695 General Industry and Public Early Bird: March 31 - July 11
$795 General Industry and Public Advance Rate: July 12 - August 11
$895 General Industry and Public Walk-Up Rate: August 11
$450 Newly admitted attorneys (2 years or less) and government attorneys
$450 Other Local, State, Federal Officials and Tribal Officials
$50/$75 Social Pass (Guest of Conference Attendee. Does not include Conference Registration or Day at the Races.)
$75 Day at the Races (Limited to 30. A wait list will be available when tickets sell out.)

HOTEL INFORMATION:
RGCS has a block of rooms available at the Saratoga Hilton (the hotel requires a two (2) night minimum stay). The conference rate expires July 15. It is strongly recommended to book your stay as early as possible - rooms WILL sell out.

Rooms in the RGCS room block are limited in number and are likely to sell out prior to this date. In the event rooms sell out, RGCS will apprise of nearby overflow options. Overnight Hotel Guest Self Parking is $12.00 per vehicle per night.
Hilton Saratoga - Group Rate: $239/night Sunday, Monday, Tuesday ($339/night Saturday and Wednesday.)
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS: Registered attendees who cancel 30 days or more before the conference are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellation requests made 15-30 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund. NO REFUND of any type will be provided for cancellations received within one week of the conference. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee in writing and emailed to [email protected].
